We have a TENEO SEM from FEI. You can obtain high resolution images with an accelerating voltage up to 30 kV. Additionally our SEM is equipped with an ELPHY Quantum Pattern Generator which allow us to expose samples with a single field up to an area of 1 mm by 1mm.
